The Baby Boomer generation (those born between 1946-1964) faces a series of challenges as we move to and through this next phase of our lives. We are blessed with increasing longevity and yet research suggests we often struggle with a model for a successful and rewarding life after retirement. The retirement our parents knew is no longer relevant for a smarter, more energetic, more global, and longer living ‘senior’ population.
